Technical Information: Standard Requirements
The Techno Metal Post screw piles are 100% Canadian manufactured using quality Canadian materials that are compliant with the following standards:
Steel: conforms to the norm ASTM A500 grade C and CAN/CSA-G40.21-97, construction grade steel;
Heat galvanization: conforms to the norm CSA-G164M-92 with galvanization of at least 610 g/m2.
The structural capacity of the Techno Metal Post screw piles was designed and calculated by meeting the requirements of the reference book Handbook of Steel Construction.
The Techno Metal Post screw piles are installed following the technical specifications designed by our structural and geotechnical engineer.

Support Capacity of the Techno Metal Most Screw Pile
Techno Metal Post conducted numerous load tests and obtained the CCMC in order to offer a quality warranty. These tests were conducted according to the internationally recognized standards of the ASTM-1143 and the ASTM-D (deep foundations).
The Techno Metal Post screw pile has been tested in all types of soils and the results allowed us to establish the load bearing capacity in compressive and tensile loads.
The nature and the density of the soils and the diameter of the helix influence the load bearing capacity of the Techno Metal Post.
